OUR VISION
We seek to provide unwavering care for women who have experienced the loss of a baby prior to 20 weeks of gestation.

OUR MISSION
By gifting flowers, as well as creating a community of support, our hope is to help grieving mothers feel seen and assured their babies are remembered and loved.

The Evermore Blooms team is comprised of staff and Board Members. Our board is structured as a Working Board, meaning the Board Members serve in an advisory capacity, as well as serving in a role critical to the daily operation of the organization. Our entire team serves with dedication, heart and determination to fulfill our mission.

Chelsey Schnell (South Dakota)

Spend two seconds with Chelsey and you’ll probably be crying, hugging, talking to her like you’ve known her for years, or dreaming up a new idea. She’s got the mind of an entrepreneur with the bleeding heart of an empath.

Kristen Aasheim (South Dakota)

Kristen somehow always knows what’s going on with all things at all times! She coordinates every. single. bouquet delivery with love and intention. Kristen was the OG volunteer on the team and we’d be lost without her!

Jordan is our resident “get stuff done” girl! She ships every order from the Bloom Boutique, and assists with countless other special projects. Her heart for serving, and her heart for caring for the moms in our community is truly something special.

Brittney Temple (Texas)

Once upon a time, Chelsey met a Texan friend on Instagram and the rest is history! Britt brings witty humor and genuine compassion to our team. She serves the mommas in our private support group with steadfast love and support.

Boutique Coordinator
The Bloom Boutique is a vital part of our fundraising. We are in need of a team member with availability to ship orders at least 2x/week year round, with monthly time commitment being highly variable depending on new product releases. Yearly time commitment will average about 120 hours, with more hours being in March-May & Sept/Oct. This person will also take ownership of inventory management, quality control, and be our go-to person for any events where the boutique is set up. This volunteer role has potential to become a paid position for the right person. If you have incredible attention to detail and a flexible schedule, let’s chat!
